LifeCrack was founded with several ideas in mind: we spend so much time working and building the competences to improve your relationships and make your workplace a better place is not just "nice to have". It is a necessity.

Times have always been changing, and disruptions of our environment are not new. But even more now we need to be creative about how we work and how we live to maintain relevant and sustainable workplaces. And to do that, we believe that an effective team is more powerful than any individual.

Creating such a team is precisely the role of a leader, and leadership development is about creating such leaders. You are the author of your life. It is time to sit down, and start writing a different story!

Our goal is to help our clients to build sustainable and human-centric workplaces.

Sustainability should be any company’s goal. We define sustainable as being continuously relevant to the market, while caring about the well-being of employees and partners, and respectful towards environment. Ultimately, lasting organizations are organizations that are able to reinvent themselves and keep adapting to technical and societal changes, while taking into account environmental needs.

Those changes can be surprising, fast-paced or difficult to be foreseen. Thus, to rely on processes to adjust is never enough, and leveraging the inherent diversity that lies in every organization is key.Healthy environments allow engaged employees and partners to flourish, and healthy environments are created by outstanding leaders, and engaged followers.
